• To improve AI accuracy: in limited scope (specifically for Gallery submissions), improving our matching algorithms.

3. DATA PROCESSING VIA ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

3.1 Transmission to Third-Party AI Models

To provide our core functionality (aesthetic analysis and "vibe decoding"), specific User Content (images and prompts) is transmitted via API to third-party artificial intelligence providers, including but not limited to OpenAI and Midjourney.

3.2 Data Processing Agreement

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that your content will be processed by these third-party AI systems. We have selected these providers based on their security standards; however, usekairos does not control the internal data retention policies of these third-party entities.

4. AFFILIATE MARKETING AND TRACKING COOKIES

This section is critical to our operation and your privacy.

4.1 Affiliate Links

usekairos participates in affiliate marketing programs, including the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, Impact, and others. This means we may earn a commission on sales made through links on our Service.

4.2 Tracking Cookies

When you click on a product link (e.g., "View on Amazon," "Jump Link") on our Service, a tracking cookie is placed on your browser by the third-party affiliate network (not directly by usekairos).

• Purpose: These cookies allow the retailer to track that you came from usekairos so we can be credited for the referral.
• Duration: These cookies typically remain active for 24 hours to 30 days, depending on the specific retailer's policy.
• Data Collected: These cookies do not store your personal information (like name or email) but do track your browsing activity on the retailer's site specifically related to the referral.

If you voluntarily choose to submit your image and results to the "Community Gallery" or "Public Showcase":

• We retain the image, prompt, and analysis data indefinitely to display it on the website.
• You may request the deletion of this data at any time by contacting us.

We may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

11. LINKS TO OTHER SITES

Our Service contains links to other sites that are not operated by us (e.g., Amazon, Steam). If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.
